BOSS uses the latest computer technology to begin the fabrication process.

Boss Metal Fabricators provides state-of-the-art manufacturing and finishing of your fabricated product.

Our state-of-the-art CNC Turret Punch Presses allow BOSS to punch and notch sheet metal at a rate of 300 to 400 operations per minute within a space tolerance of +/- .005.

Component parts are then routed to the press brake department (if bending is required) where they are formed on any one of our five power brakes.

Some of the many fabrication operations provided by BOSS include: wire bending, spot welding, MIG welding, TIG welding, production brazing, machining, shearing and metal finishing. To complete the manufacturing process, parts are then painted or powder coated on a fully conveyorized, electrostatic finishing system. Other finishes that may be implemented are plating and aluminum anodizing.
